Because coaching services involve immediate access to programming, planning, and support, please read the following carefully before enrolling.
12 Week Coaching Programs
All 12-week coaching programs are non-refundable once coaching has started.
Due to the nature of online coaching, work begins immediately upon enrollment and may include program design, scheduling, communication access, and support. Missed check-ins, lack of participation, or discontinuing communication does not pause or extend the program and does not qualify for a refund.
Monthly Coaching
Monthly coaching is billed on a recurring basis and may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Once a monthly payment has been processed, no refunds are issued for that billing period, regardless of participation or communication.
Yearly Coaching
Yearly coaching commitments may be canceled early.
If canceled, a prorated refund of 50% of the unused full months remaining in the contract term will be issued. This accounts for the upfront planning, program design, and ongoing support provided throughout the coaching relationship.
Refunds do not apply to months already completed or partially completed, regardless of participation or communication level.
General Notes
Refunds are based on time elapsed, not participation, adherence, or results.
Coaching timelines are not paused for missed check-ins, delayed communication, or inactivity. Access to coaching materials, support, and programming constitutes use of services. By enrolling in coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
