My fitness and nutrition journey hasn't been perfect - and that's exactly why
LIFT EAT Party exists. I've been burned out, started over, and learned that
the best results come from a plan you actually enjoy.

I believe fitness and nutrition should feel like a party, not a punishment.
LIFT EAT Party is about lifting strong, eating well, and building habits that fit real life.

My Story
I’m Rachel — a coach who believes you can lift heavy, eat well, and still enjoy life along the way.

I’ve never been the “all or nothing” type, and I definitely don’t believe you should have to suffer to feel strong or confident. I like routines that are realistic, food that tastes good, and workouts that make you feel accomplished — not punished.

Fitness has always been a big part of my life. I believe in:
-showing up consistently, not perfectly
-in learning your body instead of fighting it
-in building habits that work on busy days, tired days, and the days where motivation is low.

I’m the kind of person who plans workouts and looks forward to the desserts - especially chocolate.
I love structure but also need flexibility, and I believe progress should feel empowering and fun — not stressful.
​
When I’m not training or coaching, I’m usually playing with my kids, listening to music that makes me want to sing and dance, riding motos, fishing, camping, or dreaming up my next chocolate dessert.
​
At the end of the day, I’m here for strength, confidence, good energy, and enjoying the process — because life’s too short and should always feel like a party.
